Charity Fashion

“Kids Fashion” initiative is a very important project within the frameworks of the international professional event Belarus Fashion Week. Often regarded as “a good old tradition of BFW”, the project’s main aim is to draw attention to the rescue of seriously-ill children and orphans, and to create the culture of philanthropy in the society.

Within the frameworks of Belarus Fashion Week by Marko FW 2012/2013 the action "KIDS FASHION" took place on April 29 in the Palace of Arts (Kozlova St. 3). Young pupils of children’s model school "Kids` Podium" presented the collections of the best Belarusian designers of children’s clothing: chain store “Orange Camel” («Оранжевый Верблюд») and design-studio “Inzhel’”!

“Orange Camel” clothing is not only fashionable and of high quality, it is also very safe: every item at our stores is compliant with the international and local quality standards and hygienic regulations that are verified by the Certificate of conformance of the Republic of Belarus. We care about children, our most loved, delicate, and vulnerable members of the society, and this is the reason why quality and comfort are key directions of our team efforts.   

The new Spring-Summer 2012 Collection “Sweets – joy for kids” is inspired by sweets and dainties. Everybody knows that children have a sweet tooth for candies, fruits, ice-cream, and pastry; that is why our designers have prepared for you huge and delicious fashion-menu, where every sweet tooth will find an outfit to his/her taste. 

Try on different looks, change and surprise those around you! Bright colors, original prints and adornments, fair cut lines, natural fabrics – this is what “Orange Camel” brand clothing looks like.

A collection of children's clothing line "Fashion Angels” of the brand "Design Studio Inzhel" is created for young fashionistas who are particularly exacting and demanding. They want to look like adults and to wear modern clothes according to the recent trends of adult fashion: silhouettes, colors, textures. Therefore, in the current collection of the brand one can find both original and funny "baby" details, as well as "adult" elegance, giving the clothes a special, interesting style and charm.

Only natural fabrics are used in the collection - wool, cotton, linen. Convenience, comfort and beauty – these are the main criteria of modern children's fashion for us. Kids fashion can not be boring; it should always be bright, impressive and funny!

The special guests of the action KIDS FASHION were the inmates of the state educational institution “Vetrinskaya basic boarding school of Polotsk region”.

Belarus Fashion Week has prepared nice presents from the partners of the project – “Spartak”, “8 Marta”, “Onega” and “Dolina Zlakov”. Special flickers for children with BFW logo have been created together with “Belpromenergiya”.

Also within the frameworks of Kids Fashion BFW in cooperation with the Fund “Touch of Life” was organized a fundraiser for a seriously-ill child – Valiev Ali El’shad Ogly who has a serious diagnosis “acute lymphoblastic leukemia of high risk”.

Ali’s family is from Baku (Azerbaijan). The boy got ill in August 2011. The parents had to sell their apartment for $50 000 to urgently get Ali to Belarus to undergo a treatment at National Research Centre for Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Immunology. Unfortunately, the money has finished before the end of treatment. Even though there’s no income at the moment, the treatment is going on. Up to now the family owes the Centre about $8 000, and to finish the treatment another $35 000 are necessary. The parents have the only variant – to hope for the indifferent people, who are sympathetic to other people’s misfortunes. You can also help the family by donating the money for the charity accounts.
